Use of the service
SpeakLens is provided as-is for personal English-learning use. You agree not to abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, attempts to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineering).
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments & refunds
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment processor. Cancel anytime — you keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakLens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days in advance.
